3.       What Buddhist believe.!
The human population on earth has been increasing by the millions over the years. How can this be explained in terms of rebirth? Buddhists do not accept Heaven & Hell these places are eternal. The Buddha's Teaching shows us that there are heavens and hells not only beyond this world, but in this very world itself. the Buddhist heavens and Buddhist hells are very different from the concepts of Heaven and Hell in other religious traditions. There is no god behind the scene of heaven and hell. Each and every person experiences according to his good and bad kamma. 6 hells.
The Dhammapada, the best known Buddhist scripture: "better than going to heaven, better than lordship over all worlds, is the reward of the first step in holiness.“The Buddha taught that heavens and hells exist not only outside our world, but also within our world, within us.
4.       Peace & Happiness
We cannot find reality happiness but only we can reach by practice meditation. In Dhammapad,  without Victory begets enmity; the defeated dwell in pain. Happily the peaceful live, discarding both victory and defeat. (Dhp 201)
Wisdom springs from meditation; without meditation wisdom wanes. Having known these two paths of progress and decline, let a man so conduct himself that his wisdom may increase.  (Dhp 282).  After we see peaceful society and mind the happiness follow us immediately.
5.       The ways of Practice
I want to explain the essential of Vajjiyana Buddhist practice expect from Theravada because I have already mention above about Theravada practice.
In Vajjiyana Buddhism –
1.       Empowerment- receive blessing from the deity
2.       Oral Transmission- follow a chanting text to do the practice
3.       Explanation- practices correctly  (it can bring full awakening in one lifetime)
In Mayanana Buddhism –
1.       Principle- means to awaken to the Truth through the doctrine, with a deep faith that all sentient beings have the same true nature.
2.       2. Practice- They are: accepting adversity, adapting to conditions, seeking nothing, and acting in accordance with the Dharma.

6.       Dhamma ( Ultimate True)
There are three things cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon and the truth said
Buddha. Eightfold Path is the Middle way because it is neither optimistic nor pessimistic
Basic on thus Middle way we can realize … what exactly meaning of four noble truth
known as..
  Suffering
  Course of suffering
  Secession of suffering
The way leading to secession of suffering
Realizing this fact, let the wise man, restrained by morality, hasten to clear the path leading to Nibbana. ( Verse 289- Magga Vaga)
7.       Conclusion
All of the way of Buddhist practice is the important for all Buddhist but only one thing that we should follow what Buddha taught really us avoiding form other outside teaching of Buddha . because some teaching in Buddhism, they are really missing with their traditional belief that I want say “ please try to read and understand what the teaching of the Buddha in Buddhist scripture.    The core of Buddhist practice and goal to Nibbana.
Maggan’atthangiko settho – saccanam caturo pada Virago settho dhammanam – dipadananca cakkhuna.  Of all paths the Eightfold Path is the best; of all truths the Four Noble Truths are the best; of all things passionless is the best; of all menthe Seeing One is the best.- ( Dhp-Verse -273)
